The seaside resort of Salou, located on the Costa Dorada and only 60 minutes from Barcelona, offers a pleasant all year-round climate ideal for warm weather training. Salou is a very popular family beach destination due to its wide range of leisure and entertainment facilities, it’s beach side restaurants and cafés and also it’s vicinity to lots of local attractions including the PortAventura and Ferrari Land theme parks. The town has 7km of coastline which is home to four pristine blue flag beaches and numerous unspoiled and secluded coves.


All swim sessions will take place at the excellent Sylvia Fontana Municipal Swimming Pool in Tarragona, which is just a short 10-minute drive from Salou (all return transfers are included). This new swimming facility, which played host to the 2018 Mediterranean Games, features a 10 lane 50m Olympic pool which is part of a larger sports facility with football pitches and an athletics track.
